Applications and nominations for the 2024 programme have now closed. We’ve had an overwhelmingly positive response and the final selection process is underway. Successful applicants will be notified by the end of December 2023. We will also be letting those who have not been offered a place on the 2024 programme know by email. What is the Change CO.LAB programme?
Change CO.LAB is a unique and fully pro bono leadership programme which each year gives an unparalleled learning and development opportunity for 10 leaders who are fully committed to making and being a positive change for our world.
Launched in Australia in 2021 by Nick and Bec Petrucco, Change CO.LAB began with the aim of inviting 100 leaders over a 10 year period to participate in the transformational programme and benefit from the support and resources of like minded individuals as they navigate the challenges of a changing world.
New applicants are invited each year and from these, 10 individuals are selected to participate in the year long online programme and receive comprehensive individual and group coaching support, as well as input in the form of workshops and story telling sessions provided by a global faculty of experienced and inspiring leaders who are doing their best to ‘walk the talk’ as conscious leaders.
The Conscious Project Directors Abi Green and Ben Emmens have been a part of the Change CO.LAB programme faculty from the outset, and in the same ambitious spirit, they now build on the success in Australia and bring the programme to the UK and Europe. The goal is the same: invest in another 100 leaders over a 10 year period and support and inspire them as they navigate the challenges of a changing world. Expanding the programme like this means together we will invest in 200 leaders over the next ten years.
The programme is 100% subsidised and fully online!
There is no fee for participation in the programme - all coaching and workshop sessions are run online and the costs are covered by the faculty, Petruc.co and The Conscious Project. In return we expect participants to fully commit to the whole programme and turn up to the online workshops, story telling and coaching sessions, and undertake any related preparation and follow up. Participants will also benefit from 2 leadership assessments (Clarity 4D personality profile and a Wellbeing audit) as part of the programme, and will have full access to the Petruc.co suite of coaching guides to enhance their leadership, influence and impact.
